The apartment was spotlessly clean and comfortable. We felt at home. The location was ideal close to local attractions and amenities. Zintle Dyani our host and her team was responsive and went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure our stay was enjoyable and memorable thank you Zintle. Communication was excellent. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend the accommodation. It exceeded our expectations in every way. Will definitely book again.

This seems to a timeshare facility attached to a hotel which was convenient to access.

The facility does not have a back up generator. We arrived after 24+ hours of international travel and had no hot water or lights until 5:30 am the next morning. Even the toilets need electricity. The powder room was not available as promised. There was no patio furniture on the roof top. The sun room was available but the screen doors were nailed shut, so pointless a facility.

Views were beautiful and on the face of it, the accommodation looked lovely. But appearances are deceiving. Hotel heated pool was great and restaurant food was very nice.

There were so many things wrong with the apartment: Incredible views out to sea, the focal point of the apartment were not available as the shutter doors were broken and, judging by the state of them, had been so for a long time so they could not be opened! The fridge and freezer badly need defrosting. The Washing machine door was taped up with note to say ‘not in use’! Hand cream provided in bathrooms but no hand gel - just small soap tablets with no dish to put them on! Some cupboard doors were falling off their hinges. TVs jn bedrooms are non functional. Despite having 3 double bedrooms and a twin bedroom, the info on the fridge states no more than 4 adults per apartment! Shower door in Bedroom 1 cannot be opened fully as at risk of breaking when opening onto the sink unit! Light over shower in master bedroom not working so light in en-suite is very dull. Also light bulbs in bathrooms hanging out of their units. Shower in bedroom 3 has just a trickle ie. Is not working properly. Crockery is sparse, just 4 of everything, despite having a dishwasher and beds for up to 8! Exercise bike is unusable. Outdoor seating is uncomfortable and very limited. Only 2 sunbeds for whole apartment which accommodates up to 8! Lighting in main room is harsh. No soft lighting, lamps or otherwise. One of the Bedside lamps in master bedroom doesn’t work. No complimentary tea, coffee or water. All other cheaper accommodation we stayed in on our trip did have that and more. The rug in the master bedroom is a dangerous trip hazard. Bedroom 1 door doesn’t stay shut so had to be wedged shut or open! Oven was filthy and controls unreadable. Dartboard over 7 feet high! Cable in lounge connected to somewhere and could be live was dumped into a basket with yoga mats in!
