Marvellous, a dream come true for me and my mom for my graduation purpose.

I liked almost everything about the property, from the facilities, to the items included in the booking such as utensils, kitchenette, it was absolutely good.

Bathrooms need updating. Towels were not changed for the whole week - we had to wash them. Nobody cleaned the apartment for the 7 days that we stayed there.

Floor flooded when in the shower then the water runs into the kitchen, floors lifting due to water damage, the drains are blocked in the guest bathroom. The main bedroom light did not work. I won't ever stay there again. For a property that is marked at almost 3K for one night, this is absolutely appalling.

The address of The Paragon provided on booking.com was not as accurate as should be. The address is in fact on the corner of main road and Bowden road instead of Oxford road. That would ease up arrival and pick ups by taxi or Uber!!

Exceptional

The apartment was spacious and clean. It had all facilities we needed like the dishwasher and washing machine. The host also had little chocolates on our beds, tea, coffee,milk etc and even washing powder which was great. I liked that there were also detergents and cleaning supplies if we needed it. Everything you needed was available. It was also in a good location, so traveling to our activities was not far at all.

convenient for a short stay

the oven hadnt been cleaned in a while and smelled absolutely awful when i went to use it. i informed the owner on saturday evening and sent a reminder on monday but by the time i checked out on tuesday no one had pitched to clean. it really spoiled what a good stay also there are no aircons only two fans so we had to move them around the lounge and bedrooms. opening the windows really helps to keep the place cool but the area is very noisy both with traffic and partying in the building till early morning.

The apartment is modern and nice, well equipped for a self catering.

The first night the bed was half done, no pillow cases etc. I called the number given but no one picked up. I tried to check in at 13H00 as i requested an early check in, the place was not ready and i was promised a call as soon as the place is ready and never got that call, what a disappointment, why promise something you can't deliver? For R400 cleaning fee, i would expect to see no dust on the lamp and everythingshould be sparkling clean. And cleaning services everyday, is the R400 only for cleaning when i have left already, too expensive. It was too noisy, we only slept around 12am after the noise subsided. I understand the taxi noise outside but the pool noise in the middle of the night is unacceptable. I would not book again here especially with family. This is more for younger party type people.

Appartement agréable et sécurisé

L’appartement est très agréable, bien décoré et bien équipé. Il est en face d’un supermarché et de restaurants ce qui est pratique. Il y a 2 salles d’eau ce qui est également très commode. La résidence est sécurisée et les gardiens sont serviables.

Il y a une fenêtre dans l’une des chambres qui est cassée et donc impossible à fermer. Du coup, nous étions dérangés par le bruit bien que l’appartement soit au 8ème étage. La piscine et la salle de sport nous ont déçus.
