Dangerous place to stay

Nothing

The place was dirty. The beds are old and painful to sleep on. The plates and bowls were dirty. The blankets smelled of dust. There are no outside bins, we stayed with the gabbage in the house for 6 days. The place is in a dangerous area. Close to Cape Flats. We struggled with E-hailing services as they were scared to go to the place. Every Uber driver warned us of the place making it difficult for us to enjoy our stay. We requested to cancel our stay but were denied. We didn't even take pictures. I will never book with you again.

My family and I liked everything, the place is so comfortable it felt like home, and the warm welcome we got was super amazing, definitely going to book again, the sad part was having to leave, I wouldn't mind a whole month there!

The location of the place was so pleasing. The place was neat and welcoming. It was really home away from home. The owner is very friendly. Waited for us till we arrived very late at night... His assistance with all we needed was appreciated. He added to the pleasure we had Cape Town. We so appreciate the gentleman

The stay was great we did enjoy the quietness. everything we needed was at hand. They did make us feel welcome when arrive.

The bed in the main bedroom did not sleep well. Our bodies were sour the next day. The photos on bookin.com show that there are TVs in 2 bedrooms, but there was none the only tv there was, was in the living room. They have to update their advertising on Bookin.com

Incredible Host

I enjoyed this place so much the first time that I booked again. Mr. Aleem is an incredible host and was very kind to us. The property was large and we were a total of 6 and it had 2 bathrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed. The heater was a bonus. The parking was safe. There are plenty nearby grocery, restaurants, gas station etc. The property was neat as a pin and was not short of what we needed for our stay. If ever I visit with my family again i hope to book this place again

Comfortable stay with an amazing host

Very safe place near the shopping center and perfect location for what I needed to do. The place is immaculate and the pictures don’t do it justice. It’s so neat and clean. Plenty of parking. Kitchen had the utensils we needed. It was nice and private for my family and kids. Huge bonus was the heater and the cherry on the top is the host who was so kind to us. My family liked it so much that I booked it a second time and if ever I come back I hope it will be available again.

The best place you can get at an affordable rate, with everything in the neighboring location.

Everything was fantastic, from the communication the day before we flew down, the pleasant gesture was just out of this world. Mr Aliem was always on the other end of the phone if we needed help with anything. Once again thank you for being the perfect host and having such a wonderful place at a bargain. Would come there all the time.

The house was like home. The kitchen is extremely complete with all necessary utensils and cooking equipment. Safe parking inside the premises. The owner was very friendly and helpful. On the 1st night of our arrival, he drove us out and introduce the eating places and malls nearby. He even took the courtesy on a Sunday morning and lead me to the tire shop to fix my punctured tire. Will definitely visit again.

Rien à signaler. Le logement est sécurisée. La région peut paraître moins chaleureuse que d'autres régions (bien plus chères) à Cape Town mais les tarifs ainsi que la gentillesse de nos hôtes nous font vite oublier ce detail!

Bom espaço e custo

Apartamento amplo de três dormitórios com todas as comodidades de cozinha e lavanderia. Proprietário super solícito. Área de compras (shopping mall) não muito longe, com várias opções para refeições, embora seja uma área com muitos muçulmanos. Camas confortáveis e limpas.

Só tinha ventilador em um quarto e na sala. O da sala era muito barulhento. No início não foi necessário, mas no último dia estava muito quente e não deu tempo de solicitar. Tampa de uma das privadas estava quebrada - avisamos o proprietário. Os arredores parecem meio depreciados, com favela se instalando e áreas que parecem de descarga de caminhões.
