Perfect short-term stay in Tokai

The hosts were not only very kind and friendly, they were also extremely helpful and accommodating, especially when our circumstances complicated planning check-in. They had lovely recommendations for things to do in the area, not to mention how very comfortable our room was. Loved it! Absolute value for money!

I can't think of anything! I wish we had better weather so we could have enjoyed the pool! And that we were able to stay a bit longer...

Everything! Gorgeous property with the most welcoming, amenable, discreet and charming hosts. Nothing was too much for them and the breakfasts were delicious. All the extra little touches were very much appreciated, such as milk in the fridge, rusks in the jar (thought not after I’d finished with them!) ample crockery, cutlery and glasses, fresh water in a glass dispenser with a filter, shower gel and soap and even a hairdryer. A very comfy bed with lovely linen rounded it off beautifully. The property is situated in a lovely, quiet location yet close enough to reach everywhere by Uber and Bolt (super cheap & always available.)

There was nothing we didn't like. Hosts were friendly and helpful and even though the owners live on the property it was pleasant and the garden was lovely to sit in. All together a very relaxing and pleasant stay. Bonus it was a few minutes walk to the Tokai forest. A great stay

Fabulous

What a beautiful home, and Mark and Tracey are such lovely welcoming hosts. We only had 1 night but would definitely return and stay longer. We had an enormous double room with very comfy bed, tea and coffee aplenty, fresh milk and rusks on tap. Even a large filtered tank of drinking water. The bathroom was spotless, loads of towels and soap. Big walk in shower with lots of hot water, good pressure and a diffuser creating a beautiful aroma. There's a thatched gazebo outside, plenty of seating areas and a sparkling pool - a very relaxing space.

The location was just perfect for our needs. It was beautiful, quiet, safe & convenient with lovely walking tracks nearby. Lots of restaurants & cafes within a short drive and easy access to the freeway. Mark & Tracey were the perfect hosts, so friendly and helpful - we enjoyed our many conversations with them.

Nothing really, It met all our needs. The WIFI was good. We were not affected by load shedding which was such a relief!

What started as a really pleasant experience with the staff being very accomodating ended up with an unpleasant experien

Lovely modern property, owners very friendly.

My guests, an elderly couple, were placed on the street to wait for their transport. The time of check-out was not very clear and informed my guests that they were to be collected at 11am. At 10am they were told the staff have another appointment and need to leave. I have never ever in 40 years of travel been told to wait on a street and vacate a property. This was so embarrassing. We rushed to collect them early enough so that they did not toast in the sun.

We loved staying at 9 Windsor house.

Windsor house is perfectly located to access the American consulate, Constantia Uitsig, walk through the forest and a perfect spot to tour the southern peninsula from. Neat and beautifully decorated with specific attention to keeping us warm and cosy in the cold CT winter.

This was a repeat stay and it was just as good as our 1st stay. The accommodation is immaculate and the hosts are friendly, a bonus was they upgraded our room. The location is perfect and in a quiet area, although close to Blue Route Mall and the M3.

Luxury B&B stay
