Great location but house was not what I expected.

I was expecting a 4 bedroom house and it was only 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom and 1 toilet. It smelt very musty and the braai was dirty and unusable. I

Great spot shame about the lack of provisions and the rats.

The villa has a great view and is in a great location. The decor is charming

There was a rodent problem. One big black rate and a small grey mouse/rat in the kitchen regularly. It was a bit tired. No basic supplies provided: firewood, bread, butter, milk, water etc

Excellent location, great views, well kitted house. Our family had a fantastic summer holiday.

We were looking for the lock box on arrival, but Neil - the owner - and his wife were there to greet us. They welcomed our family and showed us around. The well kitted property with views across False Bay, is right opposite the beach and walking distance to Kalk Bay which has excellent restaurants and shops. The house is spacious and very child-friendly. We enjoyed our time immensely.

Loved the view. The house is so comfortable and the outside are is just perfect. Beds are comfortable with everything you need for a long stay. Will definitely go back

It was bitterly cold in the apartment. There were not enough blankets and the damp was terrible. The kids got so sick during the first night that we had to check out after the first night. We could not stay longer. The owner advised re a dehumidifier which we tried but made no difference. Only one pillow was ok, the other two is just more than a cover. Even though was an exceptional cold weekend it was really warmer outside than inside. The damp was truly terrible. We could not breath. I would like to request a refund for the two evenings we dis not stay. The owner is aware that we checked out early.

Excellent location close to many good spots and with very good value for money

Excellent value for money. Very well located to access Kalk Bay, Muizenberg, natural seawater pools, nice cafes and restaurants by walk. The apartment is very nice, spacious with basic but good equipment and you feel home quickly. Well secured for people concerned with security. Overall excellent for a very reasonable price.

Road a bit noisy with many cars driving through.
