Lovely lady was very informative and helpful with anything you asked. And got straight on with an issue of there was one. Very welcoming to the point of using the flags to present her guests nationality which was absolutely so thoughtful and kind. And of course Tessa was a delight to have around. Definitely would come back and stay there again.

The upstairs could be better at sound proofing the floor area otherwise absolutely no complaints

That it show 2 rooms but is actually one room and shared living space. To walk throug room to kitchen, but it is a challenge overcome.

Very friendly attentive hostess. Spacious accommodation which was well appointed and tasteful. Beautiful outlook on a large well maintained garden and well maintained pool. Wonderful to have the use of a pool and outdoor setting. Very tranquil and secure. Would stay there again without hesitation!

A great stay.

An amazing host, if you find something not quite right, if you can, Irene will do her upmost to sort it out. A true professional and extremely friendly. Please visit her during their winter as it is quiet then and you will probably get more discounts on meal deals etc.

Could probably do with a fresh lick of paint around the place but it's a gem.

Horrible, unhygienic and poor service levels!!!

Great neighborhood

Host is extremely pesky. The cottage has poor ventilation especially in the bathroom. Instead of installing an extractor, the host pesters guests about leaving a window open (which we did). Unit was never serviced for our entire stay. When fresh towels were requested, host blankly refused. I had to take out the trash and request for a new bin liner. The levels of hygiene and cleanliness is sub standard with no evidence of thorough cleaning. Cob webs, dust and grimy work surfaces are the norm. Host needs to understand the value of a guest and take cognizance that she runs a service oriented business. Avoid this place if you can!!!

Not what I expected

I wasn’t aware that it was a separate entrance in someone’s yard. I was under the impression it was a holiday home. The cottage in itself is okay but it’s definitely not for a holiday. The pool was beautiful but not heated as advertised.

It was a bit deceiving in the sense that it’s a separate entrance however it doesn’t say that when booking. I didn’t like that I was staying in someone’s yard and they were around the whole time. The host came and told me my toddler is too noisy and it’s a quite area. I ended up asking for a part refund and went elsewhere. She sent me a message saying my toddler was uncontrollable, it’s a toddler who likes to run around and laugh and play. The host also said she’s never dealt with his kind and addressed my 8 year old daughter directly. I didn’t want to run around and shush my kids the whole weekend if I’m on holiday and kids will be kids. I dont think that the place is suitable for kids or families. The dogs were barking the whole time and we didn’t even play music or watch tv in fact we had just arrived when the problems started. We got there at 3 and we left at 5.
