The pkace is really clean and modern. Its in a good location

No aircon, no hairdryer and tge view is obscured by the gym in front of the room. Otherwise everything was good.

Perfect getaway with excellent views of ocean and Table Mountain.

Lovely view of table mountain, the sea as well as Robin Island. Experienced an excellent sunset every evening of our stay. Room was cleaned to a very high standard. Staff very friendly and helpful always greeting with a smile.

From the main entrance gate i fell because the stairs doesn’t have enough lite and stairs is dark I will advise to have lift from the gate, I had to go to doctors, it could have been worse if I didn’t manage to balance

The location was ideal—just moments from the beach, with breathtaking views of Table Mountain and stunning sunsets.

Both the sink and the bathtub were severely clogged, making them unusable and turning our first night into a very unpleasant experience, with water backing up until the issue was reported the following morning. In addition, the unit was clearly not thoroughly cleaned or properly inspected prior to our arrival.

Great space and views.

Amount of space was great for the penthouse. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms clean. I appreciated having a washer and dryer as well as pots, pans, and a wonderful patio.

Jaccuzzi was not clean and we had to ask for it to be drained. There were several minor issues with wear and tear (broken frig drawers, burn hole on dining chair, shelf in shower was needing repair) and general maintenance needed on windows / sliding doors from being weathered. One day we had no water which was an inconvenience but to be expected in a residential area.

The place is so peaceful!

The miss around tag to access the property! Security made it my issue until I asked for a number to escalate the issue! Maintenance needed on flushing panel it was broken making flushing a mission!

The location is beautiful unmatched in my opinion

The extractor fan doesn’t extract anymore the smell that is given off when the fan is on is disgusting . The sofa in the lounge is finished very uncomfortable I was there for 6 days my room was cleaned once and given new towels once . Hand shower leaks in the bath so does the drain it doesn’t close properly. From where I parked my car to where my room was is quite far and considering I have a 7 month pregnant wife the walk was difficult. Sliding door in the room is stuck and doesn’t open .

Great value for money

The apartment is nicely decorated, bathroom is also quite modern which is lovely. The panoramic views from the lounge are excellent, it's clean and well equipped too. It's worth noting that the bedroom does not face the beach incase you're wondering.

The R1k refundable deposit should be charged to the booking fee to avoid misunderstandings. Please add signage for parking, it's very confusing trying to find your way in and out.

Excellent stay

The flat was clean and private, beautiful views and good value for money. The staff was utterly professional and helped as best they could with any queries. The location was excellent as well and the property is easy to access.

No real dislikes - the windows(outside) could do with a wash but with the sea air, they probably won't stay clean long anyway. There was no streaming services signed in on the TV either, which could have been a nice addition.

They were able to let us in for early check in due to our prior booking elsewhere being cockroach infested. Good size apartment with everything you need inside it

They are busy with construction right on top of us and next to our room. VERY VERY NOISY, we couldn't stay during the day through that noise so we left. Very pricy for such a huge inconvenience. A lot of rules were strict like fines for literally anything and everything. 1000 cash deposit that is needed but is not mentioned when booking

Horrific Experience

The View!

I had requested a change of towels. My wife was alone at the apartment with my kid. Whilst she was in the shower, the service man claimed to have rang the bell and took the liberty to walk into the apartment which startled her when she exited the shower. She had to scream to have him leave as she was not clothed. The bedroom is in full view of the entrance door. When reporting this it is was ongoing arguments with front desk manager as he did not accept accountability and strongly believed they had a right to enter the apartment! Disgusting and unacceptable to say the least. When asked for a more senior person to intervene, they advised us that there was no such person available. Very poor standard of staff!!!!!

Overpriced accommodation with an expensive sea view.

Proximity to the beach

After arriving with my 2 kids, we were shown to an apartment with 2 bedrooms one of which was a double bed, the second a small room with one single bed. Then there was not enough dishes in the kitchen Then there was a R1000 refundable deposit required upon arrival which is not on the Booking.com app. Then there’s us mould on the bathroom ceiling and windows. Then considering that it’s winter, there was no additional blankets in the main bedroom. This place is terribly over priced for what it offers

Best view and location and comfortable stay!

It has a wonderful location and we throughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment is well equipped and even has a small inverter for load shedding that we had plenty of. A gas stove would have been perfect! The security was very good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It is also a pleasant walk to great restaurants.

No windows to open!! We like fresh air and there were only sliding doors with no way to lock open a bit so we just had to risk it and sleep with it open. The shower did leak badly and the bedroom sliding door was very hard to slide which we did mention to the staff.

Good but problematic for families

Location and general state of the building is well maintained and looked after. Staff were friendly and accommodating

Our room G01 was supposed to have a double bunk bed for our toddler. We planned around this and confirmed it was correct. Got there to find it was a double bed instead. This is a danger for a toddler as they move around and could fall off a side. We built a mini fort around him using what we could, but it was a hassle and had to sit on the floors when eating as a result

Superb

The view was amazing and sold us as soon as we opened the room. You can see the ocean with Table Mountain and Robben Island. The apartment was great too! Clean with all the utensils that you need to cook. The best part was the inverter that kept the TV and WIFI running. We were working from the hotel and were worried about the load shredding, but the inverter kept the WIFI stable!

The hotel is a bit far the downtown core and other popular attractions, so budget time getting to and from the hotel if you are looking to sightsee. Also, try to avoid rush hours as the traffic does get bad around that time.
