Location great. Quality of the accommodation excellent. Check-in time quite late, check-out time quite early. Breakfast good but slow service.

Brand new rooms with modern interior design, spacious rooms, wonderful vineyard views and attentive staff. 10 minutes drive to Stellenbosch, 40 minutes to Cape Town Airport. Great to stay at your place Pia and Mike.
Nothing to complain, Stellenbosch is just a bit expensive compared to other lesser known wine regions in SA (e.g. Wellington, Tulbagh). Still worth it!

Pia has created a "home from home" experience. From the first warm welcome and throughout our stay. Chef Mike is excellent and has the most innovative breakfast menu. We have experienced the finest of fine dining - from the creative menu to the beautiful plating. To quote Chef Mike - "we are having fun playing with food". Kudos to you and your team for providing first class dining.
We upgraded our accommodation to the President Suite and thoroughly enjoyed the luxury and opulence of the suite that boasts beautiful views of the vineyards and it also has a private hot tub - highly recommended.

Beautiful venue and lovely Accomodation
Nothing not to like . Very bright in the burning , blinds still let in the sunlight . Security light (I think) outside the property was a little distracting at night .

Location for what we wanted to do for the weekend was fantastic. 10 minutes from all the places we wanted to visit, especially some beautiful Stellenbosch wine farms. Villas are furnished and kitted out with exceptional care and thought and very comfortable. Everything you would need for a peaceful stay away from home. Breakfast not offered at the moment, but will be in future, but very easy to self cater.

Fantastic hosts and accommodation
Location was perfect, immaculate accommodation

Bed bedroom and especially the lounge smelled like heavy old smoke that had soaked into the curtains and furniture. Sheet changes made no difference in this problem. The staff closed every window after service and locked the nauseating second-hand smoke inside. Even after it was clear I wanted to try to air the place. The facility states it’s a no-smoking facility. This is false.
I named the garden villa, Little Alcatraz, with the prison-like spotlights switching on at night, and only a single inadequate blackout curtain for the bedroom is provided.
The incredibly bright spotlights eluimitnate the inside via the bathroom and the lounge, making sleeping in the dark impossible unless you bring eye masks.
Want to see the stars? Not going to happen, nighttime is like daylight at Kunjani. I booked for 9 nights but left after 6 nights.
Dealing with the host was frustrating as she was struggling to absorb information in longer sentences. ..i.e stating two issues would only get a response for issue A, issue B would be ignored or unacknowledged.
Wifi access didn’t work, and the information provided was completely incorrect. This was resolved after 7 hours.
Theft/removal of a kitchen item was insinuating I was just too stupid to find it, in the 2m x 2m kitchen.
With handoever, the focus was on the alarm system - panic button and the keys - the ominous threat of an imminent crime. The focus was not the experience.

I liked the location, it was in the country at the edge of their vineyard.
One of the attractions of this location was the restaurant and the delicious breakfasts. Unfortunately I was informed on arrival that the restaurant was closed. If I would have known that, I would have cancelled my stay. Also there was construction every day so did not provide a tranquil environment. So for others wanting to stay at this location, I would advise that they check what is happening with the restaurant and the daily construction.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kunjani. We stayed in the Cabernet villa. The room was very well appointed, clean and comfortable. The view is absolutely gorgeous. We felt safe and well looked after by the staff, who were wonderful. The owner was able to put us in touch with a great guide who ended up taking us on wine tours over two days. All of the staff in the restaurant on site were also so great. The restaurant was fantastic - excellent food and wine and vibe. I would recommend coming here even just for a meal if you were not planning to stay. Would not hesitate to stay here again for a relaxing, romantic, peaceful stay. We only stayed for two nights, but found we were not impacted by the load shedding.

Grace and the rest of the staff were so inviting, helpful and kind. We felt at home among friends. The food was wonderful as well as plated beautifully, and the view from both the restaurant and our villa was restful and expansive. We were grateful for the quiet and calm area in such a lovely setting. Each villa is set up to provide ample privacy for each group of guests. The villa is set up with every thing we needed, and much thought has been given to anticipate needs of those staying. a full kitchen was wonderful to have for our weeklong stay. There was even an extra adaptor for the outlets.(outlets are UK and Europe style)
The restaurant closes at 5pm....which is very normal for wineries, but we would have enjoyed a later dinner there. hard to find things we didn't like...really fabulous stay and we would happily return.

Beautiful and well equipped apartment. Ideal for 2 couples or family. At the beginning we were a bit disappointed since we counted with the villa that you see in the pictures. Our accommodation (The stolen chicken Villa )was direct under the main building and somehow we liked it even more. Beautiful view to the vineyards, sunny terrace and very bright apartment. We were very received by Pia and her staff. We arrived at the Valentine's day and we had an incredible dinner that night. Compliments again to the chef (unfortunately we forgot his name, but we know he comes from Zimbabwe). The surroundings is beautiful and also very safe.
Nothing to comment here.

The best location to stay when visiting Stellenbosch, a short drive to town. The Shiraz cottage was a gem, in the middle of the wine fields. Owners are great and helpful people. Thank you for making this a special weekend.

The view was stunning. The villa was beautiful. The location was easy to find and very central to Cape Town and Stellenbosch. The staff was very friendly. The wine is good and the cheese and meat platter we ordered was good. The villa is spacious enough for two people and the pool was a bonus.
Did not like the fact that we could not have breakfast before 7:30 and did not like the fact that the restaurant on the premises is not open for dinner.

Wonderful place to stay. We had 2 great days at Kunjani and we enjoyed the time, especially with Pia, Carmen and Paul. Great location, very nice staff and of course great wines. A place to come back again. Thank you for the 2 days.
