Absolutely nothing to complain about

The accommodation was well located in Stellenbosch. The rooms were of good size both with en suite which was a key factor on the booking

We found on arrival that the outdoor furniture needed cleaning, which we had to do ... nothing available apart from hot water and a cloth ... and you would not expect to do this. We asked for iron and ironing board ... the ironing board was broken!, As we were going out that evening to an event we needed to iron some of our clothes. On using the iron that blew all the power. We then had to ring an emergency number and another iron was brought and the power to the unit restored from a central location ... it could not be done in the unit. That 2nd iron was also in a dangerous state. They said they would get another iron tomorrow. We went out and on arriving back into the apartment we found cockroaches in the bedrooms... which did not make for a great night's sleep and one of the couples were so worried by the cockroaches they had to sleep in the lounge with the lights and air conditioning on all night ...and we all had a really poor nights sleep. We complained in the morning and was told it was a Stellenbosch problem and that they would give the rooms a deep clean ... when can you get out of the apartment to get this clean completed was the demand!.We were also told to keep the air conditioning on and all doors and windows shut. I did ask that if that was the case why when we arrived was all the air conditioning turned off and all the back doors and windows open. We went out for the day returning early evening. The iron had been replaced but still the broken dirty ironing board. We then found the air conditioning was now not working in one of the bedrooms ... we had been told that we must keep on to discourage the cockroaches. We rang the emergency number but no response! Came home to another sleepless night ... more cockroaches! Manager said he got the missed calls but decided not to ring them back .... as that was the emergency line for the accommodation that was weird in itself . The manager apologised on check out ... but all a bit to late and condescending.

The bathrooms are open plan so there is no privacy if you are sharing a room

A home away from home! extremely comfortable and well appointed, incredibly spacious and excellent location!

The design ia fantastic, love the ccncrete industrial style. Our two-bed apartment (both en suite) was super spacious, well kitted out and the beds were sooooo comfortable. From a staff perspective Dewald was the perfect host as I changed things a couple of times, and Sacha a joy to check us in. Location ia superb, at the top of Dorp Street and literally 60 seconds from the hive of activity of Stellenbosch (you would never know it given how quiet the loxation is). Lots of secure parking too.

Nothing, will be back for a third visit I know.

Very well located in a quiet area, but quickly accessible to shopping, coffees, restaurants etc.

Open toilets and showers even for couples is not comfortable in our opinion. Some finishing could be better quality. Water leaked in through the windows when it rained.

What a wonderful property. Modern, with superb finishes. Wlaking distance from all the nice restaurants in town, or Coetzenberg for a run. We won't stay anywhere else again.

We were there in winter, the room was a bit chilly. The aircon helped, maybe a blanket would be a good addition.

Fantastic location, we walked to restaurants and shops. Although the property is situated in central Stellenbosch, it is very quite at night, no traffic or street noice.

This is a neat and clean spot to stay in Stellenbosch. Easy to walk around the town and enjoy great restaurants. The rooms is big and trendy. Nice size bathrooms and living space.
