I liked the location and the luxury of the apartment.
We had to request the rooms to be cleaned and we ran out of toilet paper.

Friendly staff. Central Venue Very clean and well appointed room. Facilities work well. Shower was great, bed very comfortable
The face recognition in the lift did not work for me so every time I wanted to go to my room. the security guard (who was very willing) had to come and open for me You gave me a hairdryer but the plug you gave me was not compatible wiht the hairdryer. I did tell the front desk, but nobody brought me a new two pin plug I was told that if I do not want housekeeping, I must just put a do not disturb sign on my door. There was no do not disturb sign in my room It was nice of you to give me a nespresso machine. Nespresso Pods would have been nice as well
