Has the potential to be very good, but not quite there yet.

The property is basically brand new. Nicely designed and plenty of space for a one bedroom apartment. Fully air-conditioned, which made spending time there really comfortable. The small balcony was a welcome addition, the TV was adequately big for a movie night, and everything you could need (hair dryer, iron and ironing board, coffee machine / kettle / fridge / washing machine) was included. It even included an underground parking space for my rental car - fantastic, especially given the amazing location. They included towels, shampoo and soap, and even things like laundry tablets and an airer. The staff were super friendly and genuinely willing to help, even if some things escaped the remit of what they could actually do with what the tools they had at their disposal.

The apartments suffer from poor soundproofing. Even with the windows closed and the A/C on, I could hear the beeping every time the cleaning staff or guests called the elevator (simple solution could be to turn off the beeping elevator). Additionally, the place is still sort of under construction and thus suffering from teething problems. One such issue I faced was with hot water. I'd say 50% of my showers were with cold or lukewarm water. I flagged that to the management staff (who are easily reachable via WhatsApp) and they said this sometimes happens during high-traffic times, as the geyser can't support full capacity. They suggested I shower during off-peak hours instead. it sounds a bit ridiculous to me, but I also assume it's something they'll eventually fix when the place starts operating fully. Noise from ongoing construction within the premises was also annoying, but thankfully, it didn't start too early in the morning. There was also an incident when a random woman made her way into the property at 4am - the security staff were trying to kick her out but she kept running around and shouting. This should also be improved once the full security cameras / fob readers are installed, limiting access to residents alone.

The apartment was really clean, good location and nice staff

Only one thing we are missing is the safe in the room is not working but all other things is brilliant.
