The view from the apartment is wonderful. Amazing seeing the waves coming in and a great vibe from Seapoint. Great restaurants all within a very short walk, including the fab Mojo Market. In particular, the hosts were very polite and communicative and seemed genuinely keen to help make your stay the best they could. Would recommend.
The garage door lift mechanism does hang very low, and meant that our people carrier could not use the garage as it was too high, we therefore had to park using the on street parking. This was not a major issue, and not one you will likely have in a car,but it would have been nice to park within the complex.

Windows very dirty
Toilet seat broke
Towel rail missing only brackets on wall - was reported at the beginning of stay but not replaced whilst we were there
Push down sink plug in one bathroom got stuck and difficult to fix
One tea towel provided for the whole week
Ironing board difficult to erect and cover needs replacing
Chest of drawers could not be used as drawers stuck/broken
Main lock on front door not functioning and could only use Yale
Sound on tv was intermittent
