No cleaning throughout the stay, yet charger more than R1000 for cleaning! No kitchen towels! Only 2 toilet paper rolls for a group of 4 for 4 days! No parking! Spotted a cockroach inside the apartment and rats outside the apartment 😭

I would not recommend staying in this place at all!

The location of the property is the only good thing about the place.

The apartment block is old, therefore jt has no back up power, so the lift doesn’t work to take up all your bags and wifi doesn’t work if it’s load shedding and there is no aircon which is awful in the Cape Town heat. Propr (the company that manages the apartment) is useless - the check in process was awful (left waiting on the street for 30 mins) and had to stay on hold for over an hour to ask about check in details that weren’t sent to me in advance. and the one set of keys we were given didn’t work for the front door. The apartment is not well maintained and falling apart - the curtains in the one room where all off the hooks and falling down, no lamp in the rooms (found one broken in the cupboard which obviously wasn’t replaced), the plastic burglar bar was broken on the bathroom window so it couldn’t be left open, the one bathroom is so small you can barely fit inside it and it’s extremely noisy on the main road (and with the generator for the Mojo market next door when it’s load shedding).

Positional location was great, near to shops, restaurants and promenade. Apartment was clean and had nice accessories.

Noise from MOJO could be loud at night when busy. No parking in the building, street parking was available and didn't have any issues.

Central, close proximity to the beach.

The pictures were a little decieving although it is well worded, we did not have a choice between a dining room or a balcony, if we did we would have chosen the latter. No Seaview, very basic, loadshedding ruined our stay, there was 1 tiny torch. They can definitely focus a little more on the finer details.

1.Please sort out the TV problem as the weather was not in our favour and offcourse the Covid curfew we needed the TV to work properly 2.place food delivery menus in flat like Uber deliveries...

The only issue was that the pictures showed a balcony and only in retrospect did we realise that there are different apartments! We would have liked a balcony but this was not offered and no choice of apartment when booking

היתה תקלה עם הברז במטבח שלקח כמה ימים לתקן. אין ערוצי טלוויזיה, רק נטפליקס. לא מתאים לשומרי שבת להיכנס ולצאץ כי אין מפתח לא אלקטרוני לבניין. אין חניה צמודה לדירה ולרוב קשה למצוא חנייה ברחוב
