There was a burst water pipe during my stay at the property and it was not handled well.

Gute Lage, aber schlechter Check-in, keine Erreichbarkeit und wiederholte Zugangsprobleme.

Sehr gute Lage mitten in Sea Point. Grundlegende Sicherheitsvorkehrungen vorhanden und das Appartement ist gut ausgestattet mit Blick auf die Straße sowie Bergblick.

Der Check-in war sehr schlecht organisiert. Trotz vorheriger Absprache war niemand erreichbar, die bei Booking angegebene Nummer stimmte nicht und die Security durfte nicht helfen. Erst spät abends bekamen wir Informationen zum Check-in nachdem wir schon nach Alternativen Ausschau gehalten haben. Während des Aufenthalts gab es wiederholt Probleme mit dem Zugangssystem, und kurz vor Abreise war die Batterie des Türschlosses leer, sodass wir nachts lange auf Hilfe, über 2h, in der Lobby warten mussten ohne Kompensation. Keine Ansprechperson vor Ort, da das Appartement vom Hotel getrennt ist. Nicht empfehlenswert, wenn man reibungslosen Ablauf und Unterstützung erwartet.
