The Location is good as you can walk to the Promenade and the Shops etc. The Unit has a Small SeaView and a Balcony which allows you to be inside/outside and with the nice sliding door you get the fresh Sea Air flowing in so you no need for the AC use.
The Table and Chairs on the Balcony were very rusted and one chair was slightly broken so not usable, also the Balcony was not very clean! The Couch was very worn and dirty and this could be either cleaned or replaced as it would make a big difference. The Apartment was small but it works for what it is. The Extractor Fan/Light was also not working.

It is extremely convenient being given access to the apartment.
My only recommendation is clearer instructions on where the building is. Myself and the uber driver struggled to locate it as it is kinda hidden.

Comfortable bed, nice view, goid location
The sofa need to be replaced. Ths balcony furniture rusty. Smell of carbabis everyware.
