Beyond Blissful!

Loved the location.The safety and comfort was the most important aspect and Flamingo ensured that. Loved that I could be in and our of the apartment all day after exploring Cape Town and the apartment itself wasn't rowdy or at any point felt unsafe. Beautiful view of the ocean and compared to our first stay, this exceeded our expectations.

Maybe provide a removal of refuge/ rubbish bags on a scheduled basis. There is a likelihood that the waste can collect in the bin. Other than that, no problems.

Lovely host but not a very comfortable stay at the place .

Bed was not comfortabe , the doors in the passage is very hard to open especially if you have luggage , the ight in the passage take long to come on so we had to put our phone torchs on before exiting the room , bathroom is a bit small but it is a studio apartment after all , a bit noisy in the mornings because of the location .

Amazing central SeaPoint location, one block from ocean promenade, easy to walk around and explore.

Centrally located to the best of Seapoint. Walk to MojoMarket, Block from seafront and walking the Promenade. Many restaurants, grocery stores. Hop-on RedBus stop one block away. Keyfob access to front door, with 24/7 security at front desk, keyfob access for elevators, all contribute to feeling of security and comfort. Has amazing balcony at back, and window at front with views of Regent street. I read other reviews complaining about 'tiny', but this depends on your preference. Choose a place in the bush far from everything and you can likely get a big mansion. If you want to be in the middle of restaurants and nightlife and vitality of SeaPoint, then the place is large enough for one or two, not for families. Small fridge, kitchen, microwave, all the basics. Snug fitting shower lol, clean with plenty of hot water.

I suggest owner invest in an electric backup unit, so that load shedding will not have much impact on guests. They can recoup the investment.

Nice location and great apartment

The location was the best! I could go by walk distance for my tours meeting point (Promenade), market, bars and restaurants really close. Amazing coffee shops around and the staff is really nice and helpful. In my next time in Cape Town I would choose again.

Excellent choix pour découvrir le Cap

Emplacement au top à Sea Point. A moins de 5 minutes de la plage, accès au bus HoHo arrêt 10. Il est possible de rayonner dans tout le Cap à peu de frais (Uber, Bolt) Quartier animé mais sûr. Magasins, cafés, restaurants à proximité. Le studio est récent, propre et confortable. Nous y avons passé une semaine agréable. Le personnel à l'accueil est très serviable. Check in /out aisés. Vraiment une excellente adresse.
