For the price in Cape Town it is a 10

Well situated, clean confortable and welcoming staff. Groceries and resto all with in short walk. Water front within a block with beach a 8 km walk to the V&A along the walkway. Safe area. Well appointed kitchen with everything require to prepare meals. (All in a small space) for us one main item missing see below. Good wifi and air conditioning.

The planter in the middle of the small balcony the space would be better used by a small table and 2 chairs. In the kitchen having a small coffee press would have been great not a deal breaker we purchased one on our 2 nd day for 150 zar really enjoyed our month here. Will recommend to anyone

Okay except for the 2 things mentioned.

Location

Small room floppy bed. We asked d for a hard mattress. On Thursday we were locked out of the room. The front desk couldn't get hold of the cleaner and we had to wait hours in the cold for a locksmith to come. Also a lot of cash disappeared on the cleaning day! I reported this. Your front of house staff, Wendy Vou, John were excellent.

Seapoint a great area but the room was not according to the advertisement

The staff were friendly and helpful. The kitchen had the necessary facilities

The room was dirty . The floors were never cleaned during my stay. The coffee and tea was never replenished. I was provided with towels which had holes in them. The basin in the bathroom is just too small. The shower door never closed. The room smelt of smoke.You have aT.V. but you must pay for Netflix and other channels. There was very poor supervision. Really how hard is it to provide a room key. The scanning facility is really tedious.

central property

there was a lot of construction going around the property so there was a lot of dust every day. when I arrived the linen had not been changed and I had to go ask for it to be cleaned. service was terrible. the apartment was supposed to be cleaned at least once a week but they just came dusted and left. I did not get a proper clean.
