The highly walkable neighbourhood is on the doorstep of the Sea Point Promenade. A stone throw from the olympic-sized Pavilion swimming pool and the plethora of shops, restaurants and cafés.
Other amenities include:
- 24 hour security access control.
- Uncapped Wi-Fi.
- Back-up power generator for essential services.
Guest access:
Guests will be given their own set of keys and have the apartment to themselves.
