Proximity to the ocean
A deposit had to be paid in cash for the keys and remote. Didn’t know about this until the booking was confirmed.

The location of the Guest House is nice: close to all (sea, shopping malls, restaurants, coffee bars etc.). The room is quite spacious with balcony and clean. The bed is quite comfortable and the Guest House stuffs are very friendly and helpful.
Not many International tv channels; some furniture need to be refurbished.

The house is not bad at all because it’s cheaper compared to the surrounding hotels
We couldn’t even laugh or have a normal conversation with my friends, the staff member even came to our door saying we are making noise by just talking to each other in our room, we were supposed to shut up even walking on the stairs
