Excellent location, clean, host and all staff very friendly and exceptionally helpful. They went above and beyond! Great restaurants a short walk away, beach very close.

Lovely apartment set in it own grounds, very comfortable large lounge. Location felt safe and is 30 second walk from the main drag in Sea point which had restaurants and bars. Lovely helpful housekeeper, whom let us leeve our bags on the last day as we had an evening flight.

The instruction on getting in to the apartment never arrived. So we struggled a bit to get in. I think this may have been down to problems with internal numbers, but could have been easily resolved by sending the instruction via the booking.com app. It was a bit cold but we got used to it. It was Cape Town winter at the time, so maybe this the norm. We didn't spend much time in the apartment, so not a big issue. There were no instructions for anything in the apartment, I couldn't figure out how to work the TV/Box which wasn't a huge issue on holiday but I did fancy watching one of the World Cup games. Same story for the heater in the lounge, couldn't get it to work as there were no instructions.

The location was ideal accessible to shops, restaurants, sea front and public transport. Also very secure and safe.

The photos of the cottage were embellished. Unfortunately the cottage was very shabby and dated. Household wiring was very poor and the general maintenance of furnishing was lacking.
