Súro 704

Beautiful, modern, luxurious apartment with all the mod-cons (including fabulous Nespresso machine and dishwasher!) The decor and furniture were stunning and everything was brand new, in immaculate condition, and spotlessly clean. The bed was sooooo comfortable and the views were incredible. A safe and secure building ideally located for walking around Sea Point to the many restaurants and a stone's throw from the promenade. A lovely Checkers (supermarket) was right next door, which was such a bonus. Having 2 full bathrooms was a real luxury and the aircon in the main bedroom and lounge was great. Despite being on Main Rd, the noise at night was not bad. I am a light sleeper and it never disturbed me (but we did have all the windows and doors closed). We loved our stay and would definitely recommend Suro 704 to other travellers.

The double bed in the second bedroom is too small for older children to share. It would be better if there were 2 single beds (or if the bed could be converted into 2 singles if required), or even a sleeper couch. There was nowhere to hang towels, which was a bit problematic. There was a beautiful balcony with great outside furniture but we never used it once as the construction noise across the road was just too unpleasant. As a result of the excavation machine going all day every day, we also could not open the doors or windows at any time. This is the unfortunate reality of Sea Point at the moment so this was nothing to do with our accommodation specifically and is beyond their control. As the weather was mild, we were able to keep the windows and doors closed, which dulled the noise. However, this may be a problem in summer for other travellers wanting to enjoy the outdoor space.

Could be more cupboard space in en suite bedroom and towel hooks in bathroom

Super Unterkunft in Bestlage, riesiger Balkon mit Blick aufs Meer. Auch die Ausstattung war eine 10 von 10! Wir können einen Aufenthalt dort wärmstens empfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Leider gibt es im zweiten Schlafzimmer keine Klimaanlage, so dass es bei hohen Temperaturen im 7. Stock recht warm werden kann. Im Wohnzimmer und dem großen Schlafzimmer sind jedoch leistungsstarke Klimaanlagen vorhanden.
