Great location in Seapoint. Close to several great restaurants and easy walk to the beach. Very clean and beautifully decorated and furnished. I loved the restored floorboards in the living areas. Enjoyed having two balconies with lovely views.
There was an issue with the hot water when we stayed but staff very responsive to my messages. I do think that the property would benefit from a/c.

1. Newly renovated modern apartment 2. Well equipped kitchen with great appliances 3. Spacious rooms and bathrooms
1. No air conditioning in the Cape Town summer was not great - we were constantly overheating even with the fans provided. 2. The kitchen/lounge area had no curtains - this contributed to heat in the unit and took away privacy. 3. Parking was acceptable but very tight for 2 vehicles to get in/out - guests should be made aware that the parking is best for smaller vehicles.
