up to four guests, perfect for families or a group of friends.
Cook up a storm in the fully equipped kitchen, stocked with all the
culinary necessities including a washing machine, dryer and dishwasher
for added convenience. Enjoy your favourite foods and drinks at the
intimate dining table, seating up to six guests or kick up your feet
and relax in the very inviting lounge area with comfy seating while you
catch up on some TV shows. Step out onto the balcony through the glass
door and take in the beautiful mountain and city views.
The well appointed bedrooms provide a cozy space for a peaceful nights
rest. One bedroom offers a queen size bed while the other bedroom
features a double bed. Both bedrooms share a bathroom fitted with a
bath, shower, toilet, and basin, and there is also a separate guest
toilet. Crisp linen and fresh towels are provided for your stay.
For added peace of mind, the apartment is situated in a secure complex,
with remote controlled access and secure parking is provided. There is
also internet service available throughout the apartment.
Centrally located in the entertainment and shopping district, guests
will be within a short distance to grocery stores, convenient stores,
boutiques, cafes, well know restaurants and the famous Sea Point
promenade and beaches which is within walking distance from the
property.
For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at 406 Monreith, Hall Road, Sea Point.
The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
