Overall the accommodation itself is comfortable and location is convenient
There is no secured parking. The gate was not working and we have to manually open and close the gate everytime during the one-week stay. Outsider can access to the building through the Carpark without any access code and no security guard in building. And we also experienced total water suspension in one of the mornings till late afternoon. We told the on-site host and she brought 2 bottles of water to us after lunch.

The location was really good and the place was comfortable
The was a very weird odour continuously in the flat - kind of like a mixture of spice/damp. Every time we entered the room from the minute we got there the smell never really went away
