Clean apartment in a good location in sea point.
Noisy neighbours and noise from upstairs can be heard

The location is great!
The apartment is new with basic appliances and furniture.
The bed is very comfortable.
Everything is clean.
The apt. 4 has a tiny little terrace which is the designated smoking area.
The towels were changed after 2 nights.
The area is quiet and safe for walking around and there are a few restaurants and services very close by.
The 11 & 13 Albany road are a set of apartments for short stays.
It's a little impersonal and can be noisy depending on other residents.
Despite staying 4 nights, we only had 2 Nespresso coffee shots, and another two when we met the janitor.
I would still highly recommend though.
