We didn't receive any breakfast
There was no sugar, tea or coffee which we expected to be part of the basics and we were only given and left with one toilet paper roll. It was difficult to access the streaming services, there was also no dishwashing liquid to wash our dishes and I feel like all these things needed to be disclosed to me as the customer because we literally had to go and buys these kinds of thing

The location
Very basic offering: - broken drawers , strange “cage” door to the cupboard also faulty on wheels - no bag for the bin - no sponge for the kitchen - cheap instant coffee sachets - bad, cheap diffuser smell - in parts poorly finished or maintained
