Location, security, clean, self checkin and out, wifi, kitchen, gadgets.
Early check out and late check-in.
I believe it should not be more than 2 hours between check out and check-in timing.
The Airconditioner is not working in Cole mode, only its fan is working, and it was too hot sometimes.
The pool in the comon area was not clean, so I did not use it, despite I was planning to use it.

The apartment is located in a good place, and the on-site parking is very handy if you have your own car. The building was clean, the apartment was warm and cozy. A great place to just be in and out of for leisure or business reasons.
The air-conditioning did not work, the shower door was broken and the basin in the bathroom was wobbly and felt like it could fall. There was no hand soap or basic tea/coffee for the mornings. The place feels like it needs some good maintenance and the showe wall was riddled with mould between the tiles...
