Sea Point apartment

BREAKFAST MUST BE SERVED

EACH ROOM MUST HAVE A MICROWAVE AND SHEETS MUST BE CHANGED EVERYDAY

Location is good.

I am incredibly disappointed with my 5-day stay at this hotel, especially after traveling for three days all the way from Alaska. The cleanliness of the room was entirely unacceptable. Both the bed and the pillows had visible stains on them. Furthermore, the room was not even stocked with towels when I arrived. I had to walk all the way down from the 3rd floor to the reception area just to ask for them, which was highly inconvenient after a long journey. The bathroom was in a disgusting state. The floor mat was filthy, covered in crumbs left behind by previous occupants, and was never replaced or cleaned once during my entire 5-day stay. On top of that, the floors were never swept. This hotel seems only suitable for a one-night stay if you just need a place to sleep and leave before noticing all the faults. I would not recommend staying here for any extended period.

The cleanliness of this room was significantly better than the first room I stayed in

Beds still had stained, bathroom need maintainance for real. NO MIRRORS 😢

the location was good , reception was also great as well i asked for room service on my second day and they were able to gladly assist as well .my room was big damn

i found dirty towels and i took it to reception and they changed it for me .there was no noise Im so happy i was so worried that i would get the hotel to be so loud but honestly it was so peaceful as well.
