I was disappointed.

Location good

If they can make sure the linen is clean , make sure they fumigate because is lot of cockroaches, and make sure the iron is working,check the shower drains and shower heads because they’re blocked, clean the floors properly because is lot of hairs on the floor

The only thing was the toilet was not pleasant at all it was to tight I had to sit on angle to do my number 2 that was the only thing that I had a problem with very nice room and nice view to the Main Street and the location was perfect

Nothing like what we expected.

I liked the fact that we were not scammed. We saw the apartment at a decent price, and chose it.

The bed was the worst situation, my sister slept with the hotel's sheets and blankets, she woke up to bites all over her body from bed bugs & ticks. She had red dots all over her body. She had to get creams and medication, due to her body's reaction to the bites. The bathroom was dirty upon arrival. The towels were dirty and wet upon arrival clearly indicating that people had used the towels, and they were just given to us without being cleaned. No mats in the bathroom to stand on after getting out of the shower. In the kitchen, there were not enough plates to eat food with and not enough utensils. There is no lift, meaning you carry your bag up a fleet of stairs on your own. They gave us a broken fan; it could not stand on its own. The WIFI was horrible. It would log out for plus-minus 10 minutes and then log in again - then do the same thing 20 minutes later. There was indeed no DSTV, which is illogical, given that we are after all in South Africa. Other inconveniences were that they didn't have a dish washing cloth, we couldn't dry our plates and had to use a tissue.

It's a humble accommodation but reasonably priced, especially compared to the insane cost of accommodation at Sea Point. So up to you.

I got robbed cause he was not on the desk old man . Luckily I got my wallet and passport running after the lady . But my expensive glasses she damaged. The police came and she claim I owe her 1500.- .

The location is great

The place is dirty. There are many foreigners that come in and out and they are loud and there were cooking smells that were really unpleasant. The rooms were not clean to my expectations. I booked 2 rooms with 2 beds and we were given a bed short ! So my daughter had nowhere to sleep !!

Air-conditioning seeing it gets extremely hot at night and didn't want to risk sleeping with the door or window open as me and hubby are deep sleepers when we had some alcohol.

She then came back a few minutes later with towels. The bathroom has an airy feel to it.Small, cluttered, really old fixtures.2 tiny bottles of shower gel in see through bottles was supplied. There was no view! No aircon/ fan.Absolutely HORRIBLE experience-and that on my birthday too.Just spoilt my day and wasted my hard earned money.

1. The cleaning staff complained that they were supposed to knock off and apparently they can’t clean the room . Keep in mind we had moved in on Monday and couldn’t get the cleaning staff till Wednesday 2. The receptionist and other staff are completely lost. Asking for something as simple as an iron required a 30 minutes up and down . 3. The wifi was very bad . One cannot even complete important work meetings as it cannot even maintain a proper network. 4. Very poor safety procedures. They have no formal protocols as to how to deal with a situation such as a fire. The lady knocked on the door , gave no explanation and left. 5. The cockroaches are insane . I mean if the rooms are clean why would they crawl everywhere . 6. The is no respect amongst residence, people come in and make noise late at nights.

I think its a solid option

It's not a breakfast serving place, but step outside and there are plenty of options all around you. My room was big and clean and basic , so its pretty good for the price . I would go back there if I needed a week out that way again.

I had booked 2 rooms, 308 could not lock from the inside, guest swearing outside rooms whilst on their phone. Window handles in 308 that could bearly close the window, 309 walls by the fridge was dirty
