Convinient location, walkable distance to the local shops, restaurants and sea point.
We arrived at 15:00 and still had to wait an hour because the room was still being cleaned. It was not mentioned that the parking space provided was first come first serve, even after requesting parking on booking. Bed linen is only changed after 3 days of check in.

The location, comfort and opennes of the room. Cleanliness as well.
The amenities inside the property: there was one microwave available for shared use in the lobby, which was not "clean"

Very friendly staff and quite welcoming despite me arriving very late.
The area is a bit confusing, but to be fair, I am from out of town.

No breakfast. Location was suitable. Scrutinise your clients before allowing them to stay. I work remotely and the ladies close to my room were out of control. Rude, loud and no respect for the staff on duty. That wasn't pleasant.
