Very comfortable.
Host responded positively to requests.
The building is reminiscent of a private cottage, with front garden and stairwell access (no corridors).
Some aspects of the bathroom (no grab.handles, basin faucet obstructs face washing, toilet incomplete flushing, no hooks)
Lack of news channels on TV.
