Great location and beautiful property. It far exceeded our expectations!

Melvyn was a superb host, always a phonecall away, welcoming and helpful throughout. The property itself is positioned in walking distance to the shops, beach and restaurants. The apartment was also well equipped and comfortable. Highly recommend this excellent stay. We would have stayed longer if we could.

Good centrally located apartment which was spacious.

The property is centrally located to everything or a short uber ride away. Spacious apartment and good security measures. However, There was a cockroach issue as they were in the air fryer and toaster. No spare set of towels or pool towels left to use. My bottle of wine was not left in the apartment either.

Gorgeous apartment!! Pleasant stay - will definitely be back!!!

We really loved this apartment situated in the best location in Sea Point with a swimming pool in the building. On arrival we were welcomed at the 24/7 reception and guided to our apartment. We found the Pick n Pay supermarket next door to buy our groceries. The bed was super comfortable with best quality linen and towels and the kitchen had everything we needed, including an air fryer. The highlight was the host, Melvyn. From the time we were in contact with Melvyn to the moment he met us at the apartment he was helpful and gave us excellent information. Fresh fruit and a lovely bottle of wine was waiting for us on arrival. Everything has been thought of including fans in each room. The apartment is absolutely impeccable and extremely tastefully decorated. Just everything of the best! We enjoyed the free Netflix and comfortable sofa. Home from home and highly recommended!!!

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the 24-hour reception, and the professional guidance to our room set the tone for a truly exceptional stay. The apartment itself was a haven of comfort, with an incredibly cozy bed adorned with the finest linens, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The room's fan was perfect for keeping cool, and the bathroom was stocked with quality toiletries and lush towels. We also relished the beautiful large swimming pool, a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. For those seeking the pinnacle of comfort and hospitality, this is the place to be. Special thanks to Melvyn, who ensured our seamless journey from the airport to the Centurion. We cannot wait to return.

Excellente adresse pour visiter Le Cap

Excellente adresse pour séjourner à Cape Town et visiter les environs. L'appartement est spacieux, bien décoré, bien équipé, au calme et à proximité immédiate de nombreux restaurants et du bord de mer. Le quartier nous a paru sûr et nous nous sommes déplacés à pied sans problème aux alentours. Nous avions une voiture de location et l'appartement dispose d'une place de parking bien utile. Enfin, sa situation dans Sea Point permet de visiter en voiture ou en bus à la fois la côte ouest et la côte est (en contournant Table Mountain) de la péninsule du Cap. Notre hôte Melvin était facilement joignable, de bon conseil et attentif à nos demandes. Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse !

Melvyn ist ein sehr zuvorkommender, freundlicher Host, der einem jederzeit weiter hilft. Voll ausgestattetes Appartement (Airfryer, Bügelbrett/-eisen, Waschmaschine, Föhn). Es gibt einen Parkplatz gegen Bezahlung. Trotz sehr zentraler Lage ist das Appartement sehr ruhig. Da es jedoch Nachbarn gibt, kann es auch einmal lauter werden oder nach Essen riechen.
