Comfortable Stay in Sea Point

The apartment was quite spacious and well located, close to the Promenade in Sea Point, yet on a quiet street. Alison and her partner are very kind, respond quickly to messages, and help with anything you need.

I definitely would come again. Enjoyed my stay as I always do in CT.

I had a very nice stay at Alison‘s apartment. She is a lovely host, quickly reacting and communication was great. The apartment has lots of space and offered everything I need, though I did not cook. Parking is no problem in the street at all. Location is good.

As the apartment is under the roof, it gets really warm during the day. Even though I normally don’t use air con, I did to cool it down. For me all good but I don’t mind heat.

Surprisingly happy of our stay, the apartment was clean, spacious, well equipped, quiet. we had a nice view of Table Mountain and lion mountain, the host was very nice, welcoming, and responsive to our request. The area is safe, and the parking on the road is almost always available. It's a walk away from several restaurants. All tastes, there is a checker 2 blocks away, no hustle for driving and finding parking if you need the essentials. The sea view promenade is also 2 blocks away for nice walks and sunset. Very nice place. we stayed a week

Alison was very nice and helpful, she lives in the apartment downstairs making everything easier. The apartment is very big and beautiful, with everything you need and no many cars on the road so is very quiet. There is a supermarket very close and also a lot of restaurants, also near the sea.

Lovely large, clean apartment with all that we needed for our 5 night stay. Thank you to our host, Alison. She was helpful and friendly. The location was excellent, quiet, safe neighborhood, close to shops and bus stops. Thoroughly recommended the walk up Table Mountain if you have a reasonable level of fitness. What a great place to stay.

All good. Couldn't find a cutting board, but to be fair, we also didn't ask.

Zona tranquila, la casa en una calle lateral a la principal, sin ruido alguno. La zona tiene abundantes supermercados, tiendas, bares y restaurantes. Comparado con otros barrios de Cape Town, seguro. La casa tiene todo lo que promete: cocina con utensilios y electrodomésticos, cuartos amplios, internet perfecta. La dueña, Alison, es una persona amable, dispuesta a ayudar, pero sin imponer su presencia.
