Nice Open Plan Flat No Air Conditioning

Loved the location. It is very near to the shops and restaurants. Very near to the banks of the sea, and you could take long walks on the banks. Short drive to V&A waterfront. Very safe neighbourhood and very quiet. Self check-in was simple and easy.

There was no air conditioning and the flat could get quite hot at night. There fans were provided, but air con would be much better. The Internet was really slow on the first night and couldn't play anything on the TV. The TV remote is difficult to operate. I didn't like the fact that the flat was on the ground floor. You could hear neighbours arguing in the hallway.

We had a great few days in this apartment and would definitely recommend it.

Great location near the sea front and shops and restaurants, and very secure. The apartment had everything we needed in the way of appliances. The rooms were a good size and the furniture and beds were really comfortable. Great host

Incredible location, prompt and friendly host, and modern and clean! Well stocked kitchen, and great tea/coffee provided.

All round very nice! My only personal discomfort was I wish there was an airconditioner. The unit gets quite hot and in order to cool it down, you need to leave windows open and this makes it very noisy when the wind bangs the blinds and noise from nieghbours etc.

Great apartment in a perfect location!

Perfect location, near the sea promenade and the excellent Seapoint restaurants . The comfortale bed and pillows. The temperature was very ok despite heat wave on Cape Town, and with the ventilator, we slept very well. Clean sofa, coffee facilities. Bright livingroom. Nice and helpful host Nicole.

Spacious apartment close to the Promenade

The apartment is very spacious. The living room and kitchen is a great open space. We liked the lollipops as opposed to chocolates on the bed - nice alternative I loved it that it is only one block away from the promenade. We could go for long walks. It is very near to the Mojo market and other interesting little shops and restaurants. The Oranjezicht market which is on Saturdays is also nearby. Very safe apartment

There is only parking in the street. We were a bit concerned about our car at night

The apartment was great. It's centrally located in a very convenient place. It was clean, warm, and cozy. We loved everything about it. Nicole was such a welcoming host. We didn't experience any problems during our stay.

Wonderful location, beautiful little apartment and we wanted for nothing!

The apartment is very comfortable and well-equipped, everything had been thought of. Our host was waiting for us when we arrived - she was extremely friendly and helpful. The apartment is very well located and Sea Point promenade as well as plenty of restaurants and shops were only a short walk down the street. It is located on the ground floor so very accessible which was important to us as we travelled with a baby.

The excellent situation at SeaPoint close to the Promenade and shopping and restaurants.

No generator, thus impacted by the frequent load shedding in that area. A lot of noise by the maintenance team on the Tuesday morning.

Comfortable apartment with great location

The apartment was very comfortable and as advertised. The location was excellent, with it being situated one block away from the promenade, and one block away from Sea Point Main Road, very close to bus stops for public transport. The apartment had all the amenities we required.

Perfect location, well equipped, comfortable apartment

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION, centrally located, well equipped, there was nothing that we needed that they didn't have, and comfortable. Perfect for us and our toddler, bonus being on the ground floor. Check in was efficient and our host friendly and obliging

Flat was a bit chilly, although our stay was during a cold front and would probably be perfect normally. One of the other residents made a lot of noise in the early hours of the morning, which wasn't ideal

It has almost everything you need to feel at home; lights in case there is load shedding, utensils, good plugs for charging cell phones, heater, fan, hair dryer; laundry dryer, etc.The location is superb. You get value for money. I will surely visit again. Nicole is a great host. She explained everything well when we arrived.
