Very bad experience, not value for money, hygiene not up to std, only good thing is the location.

good location, close to most places and restaurant

Found cockroach in the room, no toilet paper , towels was not replace after 5 days , tap leaks , hair in the bath tub , gate cannot be locked , outside rooms has no keys to lock them. Remote has no power.

Luxury property in a great location.

Spacious and spotless, felt like a real home away from home. Beds were comfortable, staff were lovely and the property was stunning. Perfect for exploring Cape Town and the Sea Point swimming pool is just down the road - which we loved.

The AI written messages from the management company were a bit confusing, but that’s a very small thing! We figure it out.

Fantastic stay!

Great location. We loved everything about the property. The place was clean, had very well equipped facilities (especially the kitchen) and friendly staff. Daily domestic worker also provided. Thank you for the stay, we will definitely be back!

If I really had to pick a fault it would be the parking. A garage for one vehicle is provided (suitable for a small car only). Parking may become an issue, especially if there are more than 2 cars. However, this was only an issue during one of the evenings of our stay.

Fantastic family holiday in excellent location for exploring Cape Town.

Fantastic central location for exploring Cape Town and beyond. About 10 minute drive from V+A Waterfront and similar to Camps Bay. We travelled as a family and the rooms were all excellent, clean and nicely decorated. There was plenty of space to socialise and also plenty of space for teenagers to be able to escape parents for a bit with excellent Wifi. The house has everything you need to be able to self-cater and also for us to be able to entertain family that we have in South Africa. Additionally there is off street parking in the form of a little alcove but also a garage. The garage is pretty tight for a family car so just need to watch the wing mirrors. There is load shedding (the electric goes off periodically) in South Africa at the moment so you just need to plan ahead so the car doesn't get stuck in the garage with the electric door. There is a gas powered 5 ring hob which can be lit with matched so still able to boil a kettle and do some cooking when the electric is out. Peter met us on site to show us around and explain the alarm system. Daily housekeeper apart from Sundays and public holidays who was lovely, friendly and unobtrusive although we were out most of the time.

Nothing that the property can control. The load shedding is nationwide.

Superb

Everything was perfect, it exceeded my expectations. A dream house, the views, the kitchen is equipped with everything that you need. We loved how the bedroom were spaced out. There is lots of toys for kids to play with and lots of books. Please add blinds on the kitchen sliding door, it's too open

Got an SMS on our last day saying that were making noise and we were not even at home. We never had any parties or played music. Just disappointing to be accused of something you not doing.

Most enjoyable holiday ever !

Everything tidy and clean and very comfortable place to stay. The agent was very supportive and kind. Our whole family did really enjoy ! I fully recommend that villa to stay.

We didn’t realize that 2 bedrooms were not located within the main home, so our group was a little split.
