Fantastic location and good value

Fantastic location and felt very safe with facial recognition. Stylish apartment and Gisela was very responsive. Great value for money.

No AC which we had expected. Apartment layout slightly strange. Fully equipped kitchen, huge fridge, drawers, wardrobe space but this means limited living space with bed and sofa very close.

How can it be called a Luxury Apartment but have no Aircon?

The accommodation is well stocked and furnished. The location is great and it was easy and hands-off, which we really enjoyed

Sadly, you cannot call yourself a "Luxury accommodation" and not have an aircon - it very much ruined our time at the apartment. We were in the apartment in the peak of Summer, and it was only equipped with a floor fan. We therefore had to keep the sliding door open for fresh air, but because you are located directly on the Sea point main road, with people racing their cars all night long, and partying and screaming all night, having the windows and doors open is not really an option. The apartment gets really hot during the day, and at night, we barely slept, having to contend with the loudness from outside, or sweating. The bedding was also clearing winter bedding, which did not help the problem. Overall, I loved this unit, but would not go back unless they have a working aircon, and I would not recommend anyone stay here in Summer until they have one.

Neat, quiet and modern in a great area of CT

Block out blinds and double glazing on windows makes this a quiet appartment in a busy location.

Nov/Dec can be quite warm and humid in CT - aircon would have been welcome.

It was so convenient to get around the location, Point and there were so many great dining options! The check in was easy and the receptionist was very lovely in greeting us setting us up as well! We would recommend anyone to stay here

Fijn appartement met alle comfort op goede locatie, maar in de zomer is het ‘s nachts erg warm om te slapen.

Sfeervol ingericht appartement met veel comfort (maar geen airco). Goede locatie in Seapoint, eigenlijk aan de Mainroad. Mooi gebouw. Vriendelijk contact met de verhuurder (niet gezien). 24/7 receptie/security.

Geen airconditioning en dat is in de zomer een nadeel! We zaten aan de drukke weg, ramen open was ook te luidruchtig.

Da es keine Klimaanlage gibt muss man bei offener Türe schlafen, allerdings ist es sehr laut draußen. Also nichts für jemanden mit leichtem Schlaf.
