Great apartment in Seapoint

We were hesitant on booking here because of the reviews but I’m glad we did! The place was extremely clean, the beds were squeaky when sat on but didn’t make a noise while sleeping. Location was great, close to beach walks, restaurants and supermarkets. Yes, there is construction happening but we are travelling so up and out early every day. Construction finished around 4 pm which gave us time to work for a few hrs before dinner. Access was easy to follow and lock box easy to work. The place felt super secure with a gated door to the building, apartment building door which is locked, metal door on our apartment and dead locked wooded door. We had parking out front on road every day. Abby our point of contact was lovely, responsive and happy to help. We would happily stay here again as the value for money is great!

the apartment is in a nice SEA Point area near a lot of things,that is the only highlight

they do not serve breakfast

Koos and the assistant supervisor were very RUDE.I had to call Koos 4 times before he could answer my call,if a client needs clarity you don't tell them or ask if they did not read instructions on the email,I arrived very late in CT and i had kids in the car, imagine the frustration of being in the streets at night and the host decides not to answer the calls. At one point i got worried and thought it might have been a scam, I even considered looking for other accommodations at that point in time. As for the supervisor who was meant to assist in getting the keys,she was just as RUDE calling us while playing with the baby on her lap and we could hardly hear anything, this is so unprofessional and needs to be changed if you need more business. I even had to use my own airtime to call her back in order to understand what i needed to do. Then there was no mention of the construction site next door, so we woke up early hours due to the noise level ,this was unbearable ,at least mention to the client upon booking so we prepared for it. The headboard in the room was so uncomfortable and had some funny sound so please consider changing the steal to normal headboards we know. The was no orientation or check-in procedure to verify if all things work properly and this could lead to client paying of things that are already missing or broken,next time please consider

Good location, poor experience.

The location is good. What’s not so great: There’s a construction happening right next so it gets very noisy very early in the morning and throughout the day. The cleaner was still preparing and cleaning at the time I checked in, and cleaned in a rush and very poorly. The check in process is bad, little communication from the host, I had to call multiple times to get a simple clarification. The locks are a nightmare for a first timer, the cleaner had to call her supervisor to find out how to work it and then show me how to. The one couch in the house is so uncomfortable and creaky, you can’t sit on it for more than an hour comfortably.
