Ian's apartment had everything we could need during our week in Cape Town. The kitchen utensils were very helpful for breakfasts and dinners when you just don't wanna go out. There is a Woolworths like 5-min walking as many others stores and restaurants over the same street. The zone have a more local vibe without losing in safety and beautiful from any other. We would stay again here in another trip to South Africa!

Everything about the apartment
There's no aircon and it does get hot in the apartment there was a fan yes but didn't help much

The property is very close to waterfront, super easy access to all sight seeing places by uber and car. Beds are very comfortable. Space is big enough for a family of 3. Parking lot available and it is easy to use. Also easy check in.
Bathroom and kitchen was not super clean when we arrived. No regular cleaning taking place during the stay. I only cooked at home on our last night and pans/ forks/ spoons were very old. Dish cleaning sponge was also dirty. Room needs refurbishment itself, it is old. Wifi connection is not stable ee had lots of issues but host was very attentive to fix it all the time.
