Studio Apartment in Three Anchor Bay

Neat, Location excellent, Staff booking us in very friendly

We paid for housekeeping, but it did not happen at all during the time booked in. Parking in the street.

Great location, easy to get around. The unit had everything we needed, very simple. Easy to find and great help with a video to show you from the street how to get in.

The bed is only a double bed, for 2 adults this is very small, so was not great to sleep. There is no mirror in the bathroom. The wifi had changed and no one told us, we had to ask.

The apartment was ok

The management company are useless the cutlery is inadequate only one fork and table spoon. There was no remote for the TV after three days of complaining it eventually got sorted. The management company were ignoring phone calls and messages. I was promised a bed linen change and a tidy after a week never happened so linen and towels had to last two weeks. At checkout was told a house keeper would be there at 10 am nobody turned up so had to throw keys back into apartment after locking security gate has I had a taxi waiting for me
