This apartment is incredibly well located in Sea Point — just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by great coffee shops and spots for breakfast. It made mornings and sunset walks so easy and enjoyable. The host added really thoughtful touches like tea, coffee, and biscuits waiting for us, which made it feel very welcoming. We also loved the practical extras — having an air fryer was such a nice bonus and made the stay even more comfortable.
There’s no air conditioning, although a fan is provided which helps. A safe for valuables would also be a nice addition. That said, these were very minor points and didn’t take away from the experience at all.
Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would happily return — a great choice if you want a relaxed, well-located base in Sea Point.

Alles top, sogar zwei Pads für die Waschmaschine hatte Nicole bereit gelegt. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis Gute Lage, ca. 300 m von der Promenade.

Check-in was very easy and smooth. The apartment was exceptionally clean, modern, and clearly very well maintained. The location is excellent, central, safe, and within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants and the promenade.
Honestly nothing, everything met or exceeded expectations.

The apartment is very comfortable and has everything you need, including a much needed washing machine! The location is excellent - walking distance to shops, cafes and the beach. We felt safe and secure, including our car which we could park inside a gate and under cover.
