The flat was lovely, very spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable with nice linens. The kitchen was provided with everything we needed. The views were lovely. It was good to have a garage to park the car. Walking distance to the restaurants and coffee shops . The WiFi was great and lovely to have a smart tv.
At night the noise levels are high which continues until early hours of the morning.
Would also be nice to have a mirror in the bedrooms .

Spacious, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, fully kitted kitchen and the fact that there are smart TV’s in the living room as well as in the main bedroom, with Disney+, Netflix and Primevideo and YouTube Premium access were a bonus! Our stay was over the festive season and the property management staff from Propati were responsive and helpful throughout, even on weekends and public holidays.
It’s on Beach Rd at a very busy section in Sea Point. The pros are you get energised by the beachside views but the cons are the noise of the traffic outside can be a real disturbance, but there’s really nothing that the owner can do about that.

Beautiful apartment, incredible view, and prime location.
The staff was extremely extremely rude. The security at check in treated us like criminals, and Valery’s apology was not sincery.
Also, perhaps don’t allow children if the security is going to shout at you as a parent for kids being kids and talkking loudly.

Property is in a great location with beautiful views and close to shops and restaurants. The property was also a nice size
Property needs maintenance, things falling apart and just poorly kept. It was also dirty and not well cleaned at all. Blades, equipment and tools laying in reach and stuffed in cupboards.
