The host was very accommodating. Even though I asked for early check in on short notice she did her best to get our suite ready. Our suite had absolutely everything we needed and more. The views from our suite were exceptional. The beach is literally outside your window. The decor is of a very high level and there are numerous areas where you can sit and enjoy the property. All the staff were very helpful and a big thank you to Bernard who was always attentive to our request. Best location ion Gordon's bay, value for money and it felt like home. The only bad thing was leaving. I will certainly be back

The location is amazing and close to all amenities.
Our room was not made up once in 3 days. There was a power outage which the host was aware about but the guests weren't informed. I sent a msg at 6am to ask what the problem was and only got a response after 8 because the host was unavailable. They should have informed guests of the outage and if tea or coffee for example was wanted, the main kitchen could be used. I also had to have an ice cold shower as there was no hot water folloiwng the outage.
