Welcome to Milkwood Cottage your ‘Dream come true’ Beach Holiday rental!! Situated directly over the road from our famous Sunset beach, this beautifully restored and tastefully decorated Victorian semi with pool is a holiday home to write home about!
3 Bedroom, 2 bathrooms The Milkwood Cottage sleeps 6 and offers an open plan flow from one living space to the next and from the inside to outside. Well-appointed with everything that counts this cottage guarantees a luxurious and restful stay.
Basic DSTV package, Wi-Fi, gated private parking, a Weber, and a gas braai at the pool!!!
Power Outages: The Wi-Fi is connected to a UPS and an inverter is available to run the TV and a light. Rechargeable lights are also available.
The Milkwood cottage is central and offers quick strolls to the village and restaurants. Parking is behind a secure gate on the property, The pool is a huge feature and the cottage is simply delightful! We look forward to welcoming you.
PLEASE NOTE: A one-time exit cleaning fee of R800 will be included in the final invoice. To qualify for our complimentary weekly cleaning and linen change, your booking must be for 14 days or more, and the service will occur on the 6th or 7th day of your stay.
If you would like to arrange additional cleaning during your stay, at your own expense, please inform the office 48 hours in advance by getting in touch HERE and we will provide a quotation according to your requirements.

This was an excellent property for a family group, we were 3 generations and it suited our needs perfectly! It's right across the road from the beach and a short walk to town. It was extremely well appointed with everything you need, beach towels, hairdryer, welcome pack and more! The company that manage the house were also excellent and sorted out any issues swiftly given we had public holidays to consider. Would absolutely recommend this property. etcha
