About this house rental
Villa Favour is a beautiful, spacious modern house with outstanding views, over False Bay it benefits from different levels and open spaces, offering sweeping views over the ocean and Table Mountain. It nestles and is close to many of the top ten Restaurants in SA.
against the mountain slopes and overlooks the harbour Yacht club and Bikini Beach, a safe swimming haven.
This property offers a luxurious holiday experience. It is well positioned for Cape Town and the Wine Region
A rim flow pool overlooks the bay, where one can watch porpoises and whales play.
The property is exceptionally well-equipped, secure and private.
We have installed, for your convenience to deal with South African load-shedding issues, solar and inverter, which means you can glide through no power period without impact with little effect on your lifestyle (some high-power items will be affected however, which are listed at the villa)

The property has a pool, DSTV cable, Wi-Fi, and all amenities. Close to restaurants, shops and harbour. Exquisite coastal drives. Close to Cape Town, Airport and for the wheel watchers Hermanus, but you can see them pass the Villa along with Dolphins and seals (depending on the time of year).
The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful surrounded by private residences and guest houses as it is a tourist attraction. Wonderful place to stop while visiting, fishing villages along the coast.
Relax and enjoy yourself. It is a magnificent location with many exciting adventures on your doorstep.
Take time to simply relax and take in the fantastic surrounding, or engage in the many activities locally available such as Shark diving, sailing, fishing, golf, walking, cycling and sightseeing. Explore the wine route and the garden route.

This was a great place for our family to stay. Stunning views, well equipped, comfortable beds, great memories... While we walked into town on one hot day, it would not be the easiest walk for those not in good condition as it is a hilly climb, which is why the views are so good! The owners have provided good explanations for how to operate the appliances and requirements for the care of their lovely home. They were very accessible when we had questions. Highly recommend.

This is the 2nd time of staying at the Villa Favour and this time we took our daughter, Son-in-law and Son with us, they didn't believe us when we told them about how beautiful it was and when they arrived they were amazed how beautiful the house was and the views were to die for. We had a lovely relaxing time laying by the pool and eating on the balcony in the evenings. There was everything you needed within the house, the only problem we experienced was their were lots of power cuts whilst there, but that was all over town so nothing to do with the house. We all had a lovely time and were able to experience and share the beautiful scenes of South Africa with our family and can't wait to be able to come and stay again.

We hired the house for a few days just to relax and do nothing; away from the hum and bustle of Cape Town. The views were stunning; the house very neat and tidy and the pool was awesome. There was no need to leave the house! Thank you Gareth for making our holiday so easy and peaceful.
