Very disappointed, better places elsewhere for the money.

The room was very neat with stylish furniture and everything was very clean.

The aircon didn’t work - the red light was flashing and it wasn’t blowing cold air. The room was unbearably hot. I raised this issue with the host on key collection and he said that the aircon takes time to cool and that the aircon guy will come have a look. Neither happened. We met an owner of another unit in the lift and she told us the aircons don’t work due to the solar infrastructure not having enough power to run them. To make things worse, the guests next door were smoking weed and playing music until late at night. The whole passage stank of weed. Security didn’t do much after it was reported and neither did the hosts. They don’t enforce the rules in the building.

Would NOT recommend for anyone with babies as apartment is way too small than advertised size

Beautifully decorated apartment and brand new. Smooth check in process.

Advertised size on booking.com is incorrect, apartment is much smaller. New air con which did not work, room was so hot. We were left stranded at 9pm on a Saturday night to look for another hotel with an unwell baby was a really bad experience as air conditioning could not be fixed immediately and there was no guarantee of a fix on Sunday. Even a fan could not be provided as the storeroom was apparently closed. Not good enough for the amount spent per night. In the end, we left the apartment 4 hours after check in and paid ridiculous prices for a hotel nearby.

Great location and beautiful

We reported that the aircon is not working. They did not fix it. The window can only open about 3 cm. It was very stuffy without the aircon
