Stylish 1 Bed in De Waterkant Loadshedding Free

The location was central and safe. I staff at the building are amazing and very helpful. I received excellent service from them.

Excellent position, overlooking the majestic Cape Town city lights at night, and a spectacular view of Table Mountain. The Apartment had a nice size and adequate kitchen utilities. Bathroom was big and spacious. Location close the Cape quarters, the colourful Bo Kaap area. Parking was a great plus!

The automation of the complete complex can be a bit too much. The apartment could do with a make over and some new couches. The light from the hallway shining through the bathroom into the bedroom was disturbing. The fact that I was there for 11 nights without one day of cleaning needs to be addressed. The washing machines needs to be repaired. Despite noise curfew the residents did get loud over the weekends.

Excellent location and facilities. Modern and stylish, host is super friendly and accommodating.

It was clean but there were fruit flies roaming around which created some discomfort.
