Location was great. Entertainment club district of the Cape Town downtown. Security desk and reception desk were helpful
Check-in process not ‘straight forward’. Request by host to share copies of ID /passport documents is concerning - given fraud and identity theft Noise protection adequate but could have be better with good proper glazing

Security is very tight, Bed comfortable
We've booked for 4days,When we got to the hotel, we were told that they will not change the linen for the duration of our stay and guess what they didn't even clean the room not even empty the bin yooh.
