Book in process was easy and quick. Safe parking, good wifi, close to a lot of restaurants

Sam notified us immediately when there was a problem with booking in. He made every effort to make the best out of a terrible situation. We were grateful for his honest, prompt, courteous and caring assistance. He kept following up until he had confirmation that we found alternative accommodation.
Well, we never got to stay in the unit. Unfortunately, the previous clients trashed the unit, and despite his best efforts, the host could not remedy it in time for us to book in.
