Table Mountain Views & Rooftop Pool Retreat

Grandiose Aussicht auf Cape Town und den Tafelberg. Sehr zentral und dennoch ruhig! Ausstattung nach westlichem Standart. Der Wachmann am Eingang wusste Bescheid und hat uns eingecheckt. Die Managerin war innerhalb von 20min da, als wir mal ein Problem hatten. Alles top!

Da gibt’s echt nichts zu meckern!

The location was good, walking distance to cafes & easy access to uber. The apartment was beautiful, modern & fantastic views of table mountain. The rooftop pool was great on a hot day! Would stay here again! Beautiful to take in the views of the mountain early morning while the air was cool.

No air-conditioning but it did have a couple of powerful fans.

I liked the facilities, the room, location, views, availability of cutlery, televisions, etc.

The service from the staff. We had to call our host for everything, even though there was a receptionist lady downstairs. For basic things that can be easily provided from the accomodation by available securities, or receptionist, like WI-FI details. Just to get anything there, it was a long irritating process. Blankets, available dustbins nearby to dump our in-house dustbins stuff. We were refused a rooftop, the swimming pool area is time limited, the gym is locked, keys have to be provided after certain processes. It was crazy, it felt as if we didn't belong there. We didn't feel welcomed at all. We were already confirmed guests, upon check-in, why should everything be restricted from us afterwards. It doesn't make sense. As a result, we lost interest in visiting the gym, swimming, etc. There was no one cleaning for us, or at least coming to provide us with more coffee sachets in the morning considering the fact we were there for 3 nights. We run out of stuff, coffee, sugar, basic things, and even upon requesting for them we have to call the host. When we arrived at the accommodation we tried to check-in and it was a complete bad customer experience and encounter. The securities and the receptionist were not informed about us, they don't know the host/agent we communicated with through booking.com. We were not given a code on time for lock box, we ended up reaching our Cape Wheel deadline time and our R175 × 4 went to waste, trying to check in even though we arrived at around 21:15pm at t he accomodation and had enough time to go and do the activity. We were believed to be lost, the lady working at the reception wasn't informed, it was a mess. I think details like lock box codes should be sent upon confirmation of booking, it really messed up our schedule and experience.

New, clean and spacious flat with a beautiful view on Table mountain. The flat is curated with all the necessary amenities. We stayed 3 nights and we felt very comfortable, like home. Despite there was no reception the conversation with the host were always very fast.

The WiFi was not working very well, especially in the morning. It would be helpful to receive more information for the check in, as the building is a bit complicated with different entrances and the parking in between.
