Moved from first flat allocated during our second stay as it had a dripping noise in one room, duty manager was excellent & helped us change over. Second flat very good & quieter, other than some building work going on in the same block - builders didn’t start any noisy activity until 10am.
As above.

Everything was perfect!

Location was wonderful; view was great.. Kitchen was fairly well equipped. Gym was also good.
The flat was a bit dark, especially kitchen. It was difficult to give Uber instruction for drop off and pick up because instructions to guest were unclear.

Location and security
The patio area is practically unusable because of lingering bad smells, lack of sun, and really dated furniture. We did not use the living room or the spare bathroom. The living have a saggy uncomfortable corner modularr sofa that reeked of old sweat and the spare bathroom had a funny smell in it! Cleaning was surface deep at best with hairs all over the floors and muck in nooks and crannies This is not a good apartment, sadly, and should be taken off your books, booking.com
