Near the Waterfront, city centre and restaurants. Units is well kept and nice view over the canal.

The location is great, and all the rooms are spacious. The security of the complex is excellent and the easy underground parking access to the unit is very welcome when carrying heavy bags.
Was allocated a ground floor unit with NO view which was most disappointing, the unit is VERY sparingly furnished, not at all what's indicated on the Booking.com listing and lastly all the curtains in the unit are in a desperate need of a wash.

Great location. The waterfront village is clean and well run. Security is great.
Reception was unfriendly. I had difficulty paying for the accommodation through bookings.com due to being an international account. My account was also debited an additional R400.00 for no known reason. Lastly, some furniture is worn and could do with replacement.
