Location was excellent
Air conditioner had problems when we arrived and it took various people to fix it When we arrived we heard other guests also complaining about AC.

We were not happy with the apartment given to us on arrival and when we complained we were moved immediately to a much better one, which we were very happy with. We also were allowed a later checkout on the day we left, so very pleased with our stay there.

The guy called Arnold really helped us, he finally arranged a Two bed apartment for us to move in for the whole weekend since he couldn't find our booking, but overall stay was exceptional. We have really enjoyed our stay at the Marina, I would definitely visit again next time 😊
We arrived at 20:30 evening of Friday 24/09/2021, we had to wait for Roelof Troskie and we were told they were not expecting visitors and my Booking was not appearing on their sysamd took us an hour before it could have been sorted out.
