Good apartment, painful checking in process, frustrating getting about.

The apartment itself was great, very nice.

The location is good in theory. But the fiddling about getting over bridges and down stairs (with a pushchair) was annoying. It’s also a long walk to the Waterfront, especially with small children. There is also nowhere to buy basics like milk or water.

My apartment was outdated and did not reflect the photos shown on Booking.com. It was not worth the price paid. Additionally, no water was provided in the room not even a single complimentary bottle. Hotel said guess we’re not allowed also.

Perfect for a Cape Town visit!

This property is ideally located in a secure community for the waterfront as the name suggests. It’s spacious and comfortable with a daily maid service. Well equipped kitchen, not that we cooked. Massive fridge and freezer.

Good location. With the current bridge construction, it's a 15 minute walk to the Waterfront restaurants. Beautiful views.

Beds are very hard and uncomfortable. Rooms are hot. You need to keep the lounge aircon on at night for the rooms to cool down. Only one shower. Check-in process is slow as you need to be escorted to your unit.

Pre warned is pre armed

The apartment was very clean and functional, toiletries smart. There is a Nespresso machine but no pods, just rather dodgy instant - otherwise all the basics one needs. Entry and Exit are problematic, staff instructions are not the easiest way out, but it is very near the Waterfront and the little veranda has a lovely, tranquil view.

The journey into the dark depths to reach reception and if one does not return before 9pm there will be no lift through the underground car park to reach one’s building, I was only told this as I narrowly slipped in before closing time! I only found an easier way back, when my cab - the following night - took the wrong entry, but arrived at my building and it was a simple - point the keycard at the entryphone’ job. The endless texts and WhatsApp’s - at least 4 for each instruction. Staff are wonderfully helpful and friendly, but often confusing and I really did not appreciate being quoted for a day tour and then a messy attempt to increase the price quite substantially very shortly before departure. They did revert back to the original price, but it was unpleasant. In the end. It’s a thoroughly decent apartment, at a very fair price, cleaning staff are exceptional, general staff are friendly and go the extra mile, but clearer information is needed. .

Excellent for someone without a car visiting Cape Town

It was designed as a residential unit, so there is lots of space and every modern appliance is fitted. It is within walking distance of the V&A Waterfront with superb restaurants and everything a tourist could want. The underground car park running the entire 400 yards under the building has to be seen to be believed.

It is like Fort Knox to get into with no signage. The staff understand the security but are not good at explaining it.

A superbly located apartment, clean and suited our family for our short stay in Cape Town.

Excellent location, easy to access the waterfront and all it had to offer in relation to shops and excellent eating options. Site felt safe and secure, including a parking for our hire car. Our sons were able to make use of the onsite gym. Lovely views of both Table Mountain and the partial view of the Marina, we overlooked the small waterway running between all the adjoining apartment blocks.

The washing machine and tumble dryer could do with an upgrade, the tumble dryer especially did not do a good job of drying our clothes and these all needed to be hung up in the apartment. The apartment was pricey, but I think this reflects the location which was excellent. My son felt someone had been through his bag on the mornings that our apartment was serviced, although nothing was taken.

Spacious apartment with nice views of the waterfront

The apartment feels very safe, inside a gated security area inside the waterfront. Lovely views of the water, location is amazing, so close to amenities, restaurants, shops, little parks for kids, hop on bus is just 5 min walk and it takes you around cape town, camps by, table mountain without the stress of driving with so much traffic. Inside the apartment you can find all you need for a short stay, the provide a lot of basics like washing liquid, diswasher and washer machine tablets, bathroom toiletries, towels. People at the reception is lovely and friendly, super helpful with anything you need, we had an issue with hot water in the shower and the came so quick. Secure parking is a bonus. Apartment is very spacious, comfortable beds. We were really happy with our stay, definetely recommended. Great value

Travelling as a family with a young kid, there was nothing in the apartment for her, not highchair, you have to pay extra for travel cot( we have her with us on the bed, it was huge), the terrace is open so you can see neighbour’s terraces, so keep an eye on you little one😂 so easy to run away. Cleaning could be a bit better. But apart from that all really good
